They are simple exercises that you can use daily to warm up your body, mind and soul and receive the incredible benefits they offer! The science of Kundalini is in the breath paired with the movement and the timing and it might seem simple but if you match these three ingredients together correctly for these exercises, they way you feel afterwards will be beyond complex and uh-mazing!!!
